Dead Space may be better than Resident Evil 5 and maybe upcoming ones ( Maybe), but it won't be as good as Re 1,2,3,4....
Nothing is more scarier than the days when you played Re alone in a dark room with no ammo whatsoever in your pistol...the thrilling sensation was just immense...I gotta say though, if Dead Space keeps on track and gets more scarier, then yes it might beat resident evil 5.
