Demon's Souls has unlimited New Game +'s. first one is 50% harder, after that the games gets 8% harder. It has MASSIVE replay value, also the online aspect in the game has ridiculous replay value too.
50 hours+ for average first playthrough.
My first playthrough took me 25 hours I believe, because I had beast gear.
