360 controller breaks easily? You must have thrown the controller at the wall or smashed into the ground- when you were drunk.

Try throwing around the flimsy PS3 controller around. I guarantee you the PS3 controller breaks a lot easier than the 360 controller. The PS3 controller triggers and buttons literally fall off. PS3 controller would take less force to break than the 360 controller. 360 controller weighs more than the light weight PS3 controller.

PS3 has a better d-pad than the 360 controller but how many games use d-pads these days?
PS3 controllers retail considerably more than 360 controllers but they appear to have cost less to manufacture than the 360 controller.

Actually neither of them break easily, you would have to wail on them or smash them with a hammer to break them, But if one were to break first it would be the back of the 360 controller, although the 360 controller is bulky and well built from the front, the back battery holder breaks far too easily, and as I said in previous posts without that little plastic back the controller wont work, major design flaw.

PS3 has better Analog sticks(movement wise,360 has a few dead zones and tends to get stuck, confort wise 360 takes the cake with the concave analog sticks its much easier for your finger to slip on the convex PS3 analog sticks), 360 has a better D-Pad but like you said who uses D-Pad nowadays

How is $5 "considerably more". PS3 Controllers cost more because they are rechargable, with the 360 you have to buy batteries everytime they run out, or you could drop $10 on a Rechargeable battery pack. So PS3 Controller=$54.99 360 Controller=$49.99+$9.99 Battery pack

2010 Hardware Sales Predictions

Wii: 20m- Sales will drop, but not by much.

PS3: 13.5m- It sold 12m in 2009, its only common sense it will sell more this year.

Xbox 360: 11m- It sold 11m in 2008 and 2009, I think it will sell the same.

My Fanboy Speech...

Why do you have to make excuses to defend a product that you purchased, but that's the only connection you have to it, you don't make it, you don't lose or gain money on it. I don't see where all of the defensiveness comes in, there is no reason for you or anybody else to feel obligated to defend it. Now I would understand if one of you were a developer for the product and you slaved over said product only to hear somebody call it stupid or a piece of junk. But none of you developed it, none of you are mature enough to realize that. Choosing a product all comes down to preference, you chose said product because it is best for you. Simple as that!
