Afro Samurai - 65
The game was an unpolished mess story-wise, with awkward cuts, and a disjointed story... especially at the beginning...
but the action, graphics and music, combined with Ninja ninja gave this game a wicked atmosphere. Plus the boss fights made you feel like you were doing the crazy stuff that anime characters do.
I also bought it for $12
