Wait, I'm confused. Do you need GTA 4 to play the 2 DLC episodes or not? Different people have different answers it seems.

You need GTA 4 if you download the DLC but you can buy the Episodes from Liberty City game if you don't have GTA 4.

I see... That's kind of ridiculous though. Who in his right mind would download the DLC instead of getting the disc-based version then?
