She was 15 years old in FFX. A lot of girls tend to try look more sexy and act more sexy as they age in their teen years.
She's 17 years old in FFX-2 by the way :)

But she still had that "Rikku" feeling by her, being full of energy, happy and cute, like I've said earlier :)
