So as we can see Square Holds IP Sony owns publishing rights in NA, EU and Eidos on PC.
So PS3 only might seem likely especially with ff13 sales being pretty good

360 version could be published by SE or even Microsoft themselves.

Well In Japan yes but I think it would be a little difficult everywhere else...

The fact that a PC version exists opens the door for other platforms like the 360.
