He shoot south (down) only once in the entire video and it looks like an accident. 85% of the bullets go up, right or upper right. How should someone play a crazy hard game like that when even the developers of the tech can't play properly? He dies before the game even get challenging (it seems he scored less than 1000 points).
That is called tacked on motion controls. It never worked before and I don't think it will work now.
