I would say Mass Effect now (since it's really, really long and a top-tier title) and Naruto later.
Merely because it "seems" that Naruto is a fantastic game, but not nearly as long as Mass Effect. IMO, after Christmas, I bet you could pick up Naruto pretty cheap, as there'll be tons of used copies for that.
Back from the dead, I'm afraid.
