On VGC, there hasn't been one console that's RROD'ed on a member since Septmeber. Going even farther, no console has RROD'ed since the April modifications with the 2nd GPU to my knowledge.
If you head over to the NeoGAF thread about it, it seems that from April to September, there were a few (but much less widespread) RRODs. I have yet to hear of one RROD since Falcon.
I would say it's possible to still RROD, but I would tend to think that the chances of it happening are around 1-3%, like most consoles.
