I don't think so. Did MS even admitted the problem to be related to heat or manufacturing process?
I personally saw a 360 go bad right from a cold start so I doubt that the new process alone will make anything different. Also I have a friend that got an Arcade RRoD on him in a week (as soon as he put in Mass Effect, rofl). Aren't the arcades supposed to have the new CPU chips?
