Squilliam: My son is loving Folklore, he is 11. I don't know if that should encourage or discourage you. I've liked what I've been able to play of it so far but I haven't had much time or gone very far.
Did you manage to get Folklore new used? I was looking for it new or used in every game store in downtown Wellington and couldn't find it for weeks, so I gave up. Then I happened to wander through JB Hi-Fi (as you do) and spotted it in the used section purely by accident.
I think Ratchet would be more pure fun than Demon's Souls, but Demon's Souls would be a more fulfilling and satisfying game with a real sense of achievement.
