Yahoo! has posted a list of the best games of the last decade (2000-2009).
Their criteria took into account "quality, influence, sales and general greatness."

I agree with a lot of the titles on this list, however, I think their list turned into "The most revolutionary titles of the last decade" instead of the "best" like the article title suggests. Because IMO the sequels for most of the games listed are better.
