I always use manual. When doing time trial events i tend to only use the paddles as you can change gear alot quicker then the sequential gears or H pattern gearing. I will warn you though when you get the G25 you will be ALOT slower then when using the ds3. Happened to me and i almost thought why did i even purchase the wheel when im slower or get near same times. Just keep at it and you will suddenly see those times fall and then pass what you could accomplish on a controller. As for setting up the wheel with the GT5:P and TT. I suggest you turn the steering to simulation and power assit to off. Turn force feedback to 8 or 10 depending on how you feel. I have it on max force feedback so i can feel the bumps and when the car starts slipping. |
Right, got it thanks for the tips :)
Though it feels kinda dumb of me buying the wheel NOW when I don't really have any racer game on my PS3 hehe :p
Ahh, I'm gonna buy GT5 first day anyway so it's not really an issue :)
Oh and @nen-suer
Don't wait for me tomorow or tuesday, as Oniichan said, it'll probably take a while getting used to the wheel. :)
