This is just anectdotal, but still...

I've heard several (at least three, maybe more) of my friends that are not all that big gamers but still are gaming, and even at least one that doesn't game at all saying they are excited about natal, or at least giving me the feeling they are. It has also been in newspapers here in sweden, around the time they announced it at E3.

So based on this not very good information I have assumed that with the right advertising and the right overall marketing, coupled with killer games, it's more than likely to reach out even into the non-gamer audience.
