silent hill for wii looks a little fuzzy on my vizio 22inch 1080p HDTV?

ok it is the only wii game i noticed that looks fuzzy on my HDTV. I have it on 480p and 16:9 and there shouldn't be any problems. I did notice when i turned down the sharpness on the tv the fuzzy stuff went away sort of.
