The question that keeps coming back to me for natal, and sonys wand for that matter.... is what type of games or gameplay can you really do with them, that 1) nintendo isnt already doing perfectly well ( wii fit ) and 2) is really of interest to your core gamer.

The impression I always got of natal is that lots of space is required, its something exclusively for ppl who have their xbox in the living room. Seems more like a gimmick than anything that provides a needed gameplay function. Ok, so now someone will be able to make a X-fit workout game... and people will be able to wave their hands around a lot to select their movies or whatever... honestly I would rather tap left on the controller 5 times, or just use a regular remote.

It will have a gimmick factor, but I seriously have doubts that anyone will give it much thought 6 months after its release.

Same probably goes for PS wand, though the wand will likely be a lot less expensive, and if you can use it properly while sitting down like a wiimote, but with better precision - possibly we will see some software support. But I still have heavy doubts about its popularity, unless someone finally makes a friggen Star Wars game where you have full motion control over a lightsaber... but everyone thought we were going to see that on the wii, and it still hasnt happened so...

Natal will do about as well as Virtual Boy, and PS wand will do about as well as the powerglove.
