Fiction. Nothing you did in Gran Turismo 5: Prologue will have any effect if you play Gran Turismo 5. Or at the very least nothing has been announced about it yet.
Gran Turismo for PSP on the otherhand will allow you to transfer your car collection to Gran Turismo 5.
