You know $71M is a lot of money. Gears of War cost realistically less than $20M incl engine + free help from Microsoft, its pretty hard to believe that Halo 3 would cost more than half that much. I believe my guy was talking about the programming costs and not the artistic costs so theres the difference between God of War and Killzone and GT5.

The only new I.P to have blockbuster sales on the PS3 is???? Yep I thought as much.

If the PS3 has such a diverse userbase then why do they sell almost as many copies of Call of Duty, taking into account install base differences?
