I just cancelled FF XIII

After reading a couple of reviews, the whole battle system had put me off, according to users you can only control character in your party, and you do not get to choose which one, the rest of the characters are cleverly controlled by the software, how on earth they can not call this AI I do not know, yes you choose the strategies they use, but trust me Gambits really irritated me in FF XII, I was glad I could turn them off and control my own characters, why on eath could they not add in this feature to FF XIII??

Anyway I have now pre-ordered WKC(which releases in Feb over here, so I can't wait.) instead, because I feel so let down by SE.
