UK and US are easily identifiable as parts of the larger markets that are Europe (or 'others') and America. Japan however is a very distinct, independent market, even if it's in decline.
Personally though, I think the EU should be separated from 'others' as it is clearly a very big, market, distinct from many other parts of 'others' in that it's the industrialized West.
Or perhaps it should be done as close as possible to how the big three divide the market? That way you would separate America, Europe, Japan, Australia/New Zealand and 'others'.
