Borderlands was never on my gaming radar, then my friend bought it one night, brought it over and 7 hours later I was shocked at how the game grabbed me, Sleep was the only thing in my way. It does have more then enough flaws though, and bugs! I played the 360 version and was screwed out of 95 acheivment points and 4 acheivments, big whoop I know but I twas pissed to say the least. A patch later came out that made me happy, but that really hurt the game in my opinion. The Story sucks! Im sorry I mean there is no story, this is a big thing for me as well, The gameplay rocked but not having a story that made sense, it was thrown in just to move the game forward, and I still dont get the whole Alien Vault crap. There was a couple of funny moments, Tannis comes to mind as she rambles about whatever. I love picking up Guns just to see if its going to be better then the one I already have. Zombie Island was a ok dlc, it did add a couple of hours to the game, in gameplay anyway. I have to say, with the next dlc not out yet, Mad Moxxi I think its called, I wish we could have waited on this. But this is still a good game, missing greatness by a inch or 2.
