Saber Lily is the version of Lily summoned by Rin Tōsaka in the game Fate/Unlimited Codes. The uniform is the white one you saw on my earlier post as compare to the blue uniform from the original Fate/Stay Night.
You can actually play as full support / healer, on the online portion of WKC, but its actually much more effecient for all character to have basic healing instead of on specialised healer (as far as I'm aware).
I've always played healer in MMO so this is kinda strange for me, but I'm sure I can adapt :P

So there are Classes on Online Mode? so how does one have basic healing abilities? rather then just being a full blown healer? MUST HAVE WKC NAO!!!!

Fate Unlimited code is a PS2 game, I think there might be a PSP version too not sure.
Not class for WKC (As far as I know) more like different skill you can learn...
