 I hope you're being sarcastic there, miyamoto games haven't exactly been known to push the boundaries of technology.  Until mario starts facing hundreds of machine gone toting goombas with huge amounts of facial hair in a space station with a thousand lighting sources, his games will never require a large amount of power compared to the other games.

On topic, Miyamoto will win this no question, but I would say the director of Zelda:TP would be a decent mention.  Forget his name.
