Im sure there are, but the point is... The game doesn't interest me. Khuutra drove it into my head a while back that the game could be interesting for someone... But for me, making this instead of making a full new Zelda game would be a kick in the nuts to all fans of Ninty and Zelda.

People have waited for over 3 years for the game and it's likely going to be another 6 months until we actually see the game itself. That's bad enough. Having to wait another ~2 years would be unbearable. I don't see the problem in me being pissed off if that did actually happen.

I imagine Wii Sports Resort revealed some simplified and basic mechanics of Zelda Wii.  At least in terms of archery and sword fighting. I'd like to see an actual Zelda game, too, but I'd also like to see the series get back to its action oriented roots and build on that. I wouldn't want to see a 60 hour Link's Crossbow Training, but at the same time I wouldn't want to see another Zelda that's 40-60 hours where a good bulk of that play time is filler where interesting and varied gameplay could be.

If given the all or nothing choice between a 60 hour Link's Crossbow Training or 60 hour Twilight Princess I'd take the crossbow training any day of the week, at least then I'd probably keep playing it out of something besides guilt for having paid $50.

Another Twilight Princess paced game would be a kick in the nuts, too.
