Kasz is right. If you can afford something, it doesn't mean that you will buy it. It's about how much it's worth to you. For example I would like to buy this shirt that I like but it costs 300 bucks. Do you think that I would seriously save up 300 bucks to buy the shirt, if I could get it for free otherwise?

The "if i could get it for free otherwise" part isn't even relevent.

Even if it wasn't free you wouldn't save up $300 bucks to buy a shirt.

Which is the point Wolf keeps painfully, painfully missing.

For MOST people who pirate.  They don't value videogames to be worth the price charged.  They could save up... hell plenty wouldn't even have to save up... but the price just isn't worth the product.

I just added that there as a possibility but I know that you would still not buy it. I understand what you mean.

EDIT: But now that I mention that, no one seems to have a problem with pirated, or fake clothing. Well, that's besides the point.
