Kasz is right. If you can afford something, it doesn't mean that you will buy it. It's about how much it's worth to you. For example I would like to buy this shirt that I like but it costs 300 bucks. Do you think that I would seriously save up 300 bucks to buy the shirt, if I could get it for free otherwise?
