Guys I understand that some people pirate because they may not have the money, but that doesn't make it right. If someone would walk up to me and say they pirate I would say "OK".
Now if they said it is justified because they "wouldn't buy it anyway" then that is another story.
I know tons of people that pirate because they simply can, if it wasn't possible then they would have bought the games. The PSP would have much greater software sales if piracy wasn't so bad on it. It is a prime example. Sure, it would not have as many hardware sales but there would be much bigger software sales. There are many many affordable PSP games at $20 a pop. If they can afford a $170 PSP then I don't see why they can't afford a $20 game.
Imo it's just because they can.
