I think it has done great. I purchased it and enjoyed every minute of it. To be around 500k for a previously released game(s), is a great feat. Considering this is not a remake in any way/shape or form, its a success.
700k lifetime seems reasonable too, since I remember reading that they were thinking of bundling it with GoW3 at release (cant find the article but pretty sure I read it).
Im hoping this spawns more interest in doing these updates (MGS's, FF's, Suikoden's, Xenosaga's, etc from the ps2)
