Im going to be honest i made a foolish mistake, a friend gave me his account info and after a falling out recently i went into his account and changed his password locking him out, yes i know i shouldnt have done it.
He phoned Sony, and now today i turned by PS3 on and got error 8002A277 "You can not access the Playstation account on this sytem", after looking on google i found out the obvious ive been banned.
Every account i go on says the same, when i try to make a new account again the same.
I havent had the chance to phone sony but i will tommorow.
So what do i do, do you think its temporary or permanent? if its permanent is there any way to get back online without buying anew PS3.
I know ive done wrong but i really need your guys help for this one thing.
