Maybe, but look at Fate/Unlimited Codes, Holy Invasion of Privacy... PlayStation Store increases the chances for japan-oriented games to go on sale in North America. Also, the Monster Hunter franchise is quite popular right now, and look at Animal Crossing sales: they are huge in the west! So, i think this game has a chance at a North American release, at least a digital one...
