Is NATAL really any different than play station eye ?

Based on the demos I've seen and the tech discussed:

1. Natal can view 3D space where eye only sees 2D.
2. Natal doesn't require any handheld device where eye toy requires Wand/Gem to match 3D abilities.
3. Sony's use of eye+wand/gem actually makes it more useful for games (IMO), however, Wii's use of a nunchuk as well makes it far better than both.


Natal and Eye will be really good in some genres, like RTS, but in most it will fail and users will keep their traditional controllers. Again IMO.
