The courts seemed to be on the Bleem makers side. Sony lost yet they ran them out of business by dregging it through the courts. Couldn't they accept they lost? To run bleem you needed the game disc so there was sales there.
And I'm not making excuses you are. You're trying to condemn MS and pass of Sony as Saintly whereas I'm saying they're are as bad as each other.
I wonder where you get your moral compass from?
