Will final fantasy XIII versus become multiplat?

If Versus is expected to be released in late 2010, then I doubt we will see a 360 version seeing as all the development of the game is based on PS3 code so far and it's likely that SE would wait to see how the 360 version sold in the west to see if it was worthwhile doing a version.

But FFXIII doesn't come out until the end of March in the West, so that's another 3/4 months of PS3 development time and seeing as the 360 version of FFXIII was announced at E3 2008 around 20 months before the Western release of the game, seeing as Versus XIII is still PS3 exclusive means to me that unless Versus is nearly 2 years away from being released, it won't appear on the 360...straight away if at all.

Add to this, what kind of sales will the 360 version of FFXIII get anyway, and would it warrant a multiplatform release for Versus XIII?

Looking as sales of FFXII, there are approximately just over 3m sales in NA and Others on the PS2 on a much higher install base...and if FFXIII was to sell a similar number it would more and likely be split between the 360 and PS3...so the 360 could end up with less than 1m in sales.
