Will final fantasy XIII versus become multiplat?

Never say Never when a monetary Juggernaut like MS is involved. Tho I cant see them putting any money up if FF13 does not do well. If it does well on the 360, then maybe we will see a timed exclusive but never both at the same time. (and this would be NA/EU only of course)
