When was the last time Sony bullied a business out of competition, because I can't name any times when they have not acted professionally, yes sometimes they lie about certain things like all the promises made for ps2, still they did do a good job on providing a unique gaming experience that is for sure.

Well one could say Sony pretty much bullied HD DVD out of existence leaving the consumer with Blu Ray the most expensive option and only now are the players reaching the prices that HD DVD players when it died. Also did they not pull as fast one during the early console cycle. Anyway without going into any detail or bothering looking things up I can pretty much say that Sony have bullied, Sony have patent and copyright ingringed blah blah. Like I said earlier this is business not an outreach project.

Unlike you I do not believe Sony are evil or imorral they are a business and a floated business which is even worse. They will have morals and codes of practice mostly for customers not competitors.

no what happened was Toshiba in all it's wisdom decided to :

a) price HD DVD player's so low no other CE company could make any money off of selling HD DVD player's

b) they were the only One's making the player's, NEC was going too until Nec and Sony made OPTIARC 

Toshiba killed HD DVD by pricing itself out of any other CE company support for the HD DVD format

while Sony and other Blu-Ray founder's had the majority of CE company support.

There were already Chinese models out towards the end. The reason Toshiba lost was Sony, what Toshiba tried to do to accelerate growth was a direct retaliation to the Blu Ray toting PS3 and the control Sony had over the movie business. The consumer did not get the best product hence they bullied them out of the market.

Anyway the point was not to get into Blu Ray v HD DVD argument rather that it was an example of bullying also as Dirtyp2002 pointed out the shafting of Sega was pretty much ruthless and was the other item I hinted at. Like I said they are just some of the areas you could get upset about Sony for. They almost certainly are not the only ones.
