KH's biggest market (by a HUGE margin) is America.  If KH3 is HD, there's no way it won't be multiplatform (PS3+360).

FFXIII will likely be exclusive in Japan like SO4 was. ;)

KH3 (if it's HD, it could still just as likely be a Wii or even PSP game imo) will probably be multiplatform from day one.  It's just the direction SE is trying to head in the future for HD platforms (FFXIII NA/EU, Front Mission Evolved, Nier, even FFXIV really).
