Really.....XBOX needs to do an advanced replacment option like Nintendo. They take your Credit card and send you a system the next day. You get it in 3-5 days and if you return the broken unit you don get charged a thing. If you dont return it they charge you full price on the credit card # you give.
Thats customer service.......of course Nintendo doesnt have a MASS failure problem like the 360 does.
Getting an XBOX One for me is like being in a bad relationship but staying together because we have kids. XBone we have 20000+ achievement points, 2+ years of XBL Gold and 20000+ MS points. I think its best we stay together if only for the MS points.
Nintendo Treehouse is what happens when a publisher is confident and proud of its games and doesn't need to show CGI lies for five minutes.
