Here is a list by IGN for Hitmaker. Big notables are Crazy Taxi games on PC, Crazy Taxi 2 on DC...not to much recently. Looks like a Sega DC dev company.
I would definitely pick this up early if you HAVE to choose. NIS and Atlus have very similar publication strats in the US. They limit releases and only seem to release more if initial shipments sellout (like DS did).
