See, the thing is though, there are no organizations that I know of that oppose stem cell research - just the use of embryos. The only people against stem cell research are those that really don't understand what it is, and equate stem cell research with embryonic stem cell research. Most of the medical field went on to ensure ethical methods of stem cell research, which have yielded far greater benefits than that of embryonic research.
I'd also say your wrong when it comes to who generally opposes it:
