So my local Microcenter is still selling the i5's and i7's at ridiculously low prices compared to the internet, and I'm considering upgrading already to an i7. I'm currently running an i5 750 with a GTX260. I can get the i7 860 though for 210$ and was wondering if the double in hyperthreading would be worth it.
I know I wouldn't see much of a difference right off the bat, but stock speed would go up from 2.4ghz to 2.8 for me. I'm just worried my i5 is going to bottleneck my new vid card when I decide to purchase it. I'll be purchasing a new Nvidia line DX11 card, probably around the 400-500$ range. Should I be fine with keeping the i5, or do you think it will hinder my VC?
The Halo francise is the most overrated bland game to ever hit the console market. It provides a bad name to all FPS that even showed effort at creating an original entertaining plot.
