None of those. Wait until January 7th for some Arrandale laptops (dual-core but same as i7 and 32nm). The i7 quad laptops will have huge power consumption which will make it last 1-2 hours from full charge when you're playing games. The Arrandale ones are 32nm and will have much lower power consumption. For what you are doing, including gaming, you do not need a fast quad-core and a fast dual with HT and high clocks will suffice [Actually the duals will be at 2.4-2.66GHz whereas your quad is only 1.6GHz].
The GT 240 is poor at games, I would get something faster. It's equivalent to about 10% below a desktop GT 220, which at 1366x768 won't have playable framerates in most games.
Look here for the GT 220, find the games you want, estimate the performance at a resolution of 1366x768 from the ones they have and subtract 10% from the FPS. Are they still playable?
