Meh, I've already beat it as a good guy, so I'm not too worried about it. I'm just going back through it again with reckless abandon. Even though I wouldn't get too many negative points for killing innocents, it just didn't feel right seeing as how I was supposed to be their protector. I got through the game injuring very few innocent people my first time through. Now if they are in the way, they are collateral damage. Gotta break a few eggs ect or something else callous.
