Is NATAL really any different than play station eye ?

Notice how Sony is displaying a camera using IR tech that Natal currently as(meaning, they knew the limitations of RGB based motion detection and wanted a better one).  Also notice the Sony engineer say "there is only so much you can do with RGB".  Meaning, the PSEye is limited in motion detection due to using only RGB value.  That is why they needed the glowing balls.

I might be wrong, but isn't that ZCam and not just the EyeToy?
