Here it is for the open zone:

"The Open Zone is a lightly moderated comment section which is open to all members. With enthusiastic fans eager to defend their favorite platform this place can get pretty hot."

So yeah, they pretty much encourage trolling and being a fanboy on that zone. As for the other zone, nobody follows the rules.

I used to comment there regularly, but I kind of stopped. I only comment on VGC articles, Nintendo news and on the N4G forums. The forums there are a MUCH BETTER place.

Meh, if I want those kind of comments I'll just go to YouTube.  You at least get a video there.
