Call the number and they'll send you a "coffin" immediately. Depending on your location, it will take 2-5 days to get the coffin. Send it back and it will take a couple of weeks plus return shipping. No big deal as you are covered by a 3 year warranty for RROD. I know it sucks but you will get the new hardware design upon return as they are sending out units with all the "latest" hardware mods that are supposed to fix RROD.
I hate trolls.
