The engine is alot more advanced than Halo 3's. But I am so GLAD they have not tried to steer away from Halo's art, just to look more like real life. IMO, it's looking absolutely amazing and not sacrificing visuals for reality. Maybe thats why Halo destroys the competition. Because it has persoinality in it's presentation and artwork. Halo is memorable because it has character.
Loving the resolution on textures and the full realtime reflections on EVERY visor. Also the lighting is even better. DRAW DISTANCE!
