That sentence is quite funny. The only thing Sony has realized is that there's money to be lost on the PS3. Lots of it.

 

They will still make a huge profit possibly the most profit out of all 3 big companies.

 

The psp (software sales, and hardware sales)

The ps2(huge amount of software sales, as well as very good console sales to make a heap of profit)

and the ps3(do I need to say it? Software. If it manages to get a couple of million of games sold they can make a profit of the ps3 as well)

All those things didn't stop the games division from losing $841 million in the last fiscal quarter. I don't think they make much profit off the PS2, especially since they're lowering prices and software sales are decreasing. PSP software doesn't sell much either, due to piracy.

On topic: that ad is really weird. It doesn't even try to explain what Blu-Ray is.
