Hm, you're right. I totally forgot it had a mic. Software is the issue then. It'd be interesting to see what they could come out with to utilize voice commands.

that is the part you may have wrong : it is perhaps very difficult
also, the Wand is late compared to Natal :
1/ they dont have a definitive name (what a marketing error compared to Natal ...)
2/ Ubisoft has 10 Natal game vs 5 wand game because they received the developpement kit ... after receiving the ones for Natal ...

@ this: Natal is probably much harder to develop for as well, which may be why MS released dev kits so soon. I'd imagine GEM is much easier to make a game around.
