I have Splinter Cell preordered...(along with bayonetta) but I think I may cancel shift that preorder towards Alan Wake if release date is announced. I liked them back then...I liked how you couldn't fuck up a mission and hide to lower your wanted level. If you're seen, game over...start again...better luck next time.

My biggest fear is actually that it will be sandbox. They said they delayed it to mold it after Assasins Creed...which I can't stand.
